It's been almost two years since I started taking advantage of Joshua Gillis's inability to tell me no. Soon after he started hangin' around C&DHQ, I started giving him shitwork assignments to take home with him. He traded me countless hours of tape transcription and menial labor for the status of Cloak & Dagger Media's thankless intern.
Since then, he's been our only reliable contributor and he's sprouted new patches of freak-folk facial hair, signaling the dramatic end of his long battle with puberty.
Tonight, Josh Gillis graduates to the ranks of C&D clerical assistant and full-fledged radio co-host. Tomorrow, who will transcribe this two-hour Colin Meloy interview?
